• An Account Director will always manage the client and candidate relationships, so you know who will be leading your assignment

 

‘PICK N MIX’

Here’s the full offering that we can get involved in; it’s up to you how much of it we do:

• Attending client briefing meetings to talk about how the research will be carried out and gain full understanding of the role
• Help with writing of briefs in partnership with clients
• Target listing of organisations likely to have good candidates
• Name generation, identification, market intelligence and organisational mapping of these organisations
• First approach of candidates
• Candidate profiling (telephone interviewing), often done in the evenings when candidate can talk more freely
• Help with short-listing best candidates
• Arrangement of interviews
• Helping client with offer negotiations

Most clients opt for the process from 3 – 7. Some clients only need help with number 4; it’s up to you, as we will flex to suit your needs.

 

DELIVERABLES

We deliver fully accountable projects delivered with comprehensive research reports, including mapping of reporting structures, and candidate profiles or CVs. We can report to you as often as you want, in whatever format you choose. These reports are then yours, to input into your database.

 

COMMUNICATION

We will keep in touch with you as much as required. We agree a project specification up front, but if it’s going to over-run we will tell you within the first few days. In other words, if we are banging our heads against a brick wall we will tell you early, so that we can all agree upon a change of course, and not waste your money. Likewise if we deliver early, the saving is all yours.
