Absolute Search Ltd offers a bespoke research service helping you find targeted individuals for hard-to-fill roles, within markets and companies to which your clients would normally not have access. We work for several boutique headhunting companies, as well as recruitment businesses.

 

‘PICK N MIX’

Our service is designed to be ‘pick and mix’, i.e. you choose as much or as little as you want. For example:

• Provision of target company lists
• Detailed name identification and mapping
• Cold approaching to convert into warm candidates
• Telephone interviewing
• Obtaining profiles and CVs
• Support through the interview and offer process

 

EXPERTISE

We recruit across the board within all markets, and at all levels, although mostly at management level and above. Our expertise is targeted research and ID work, so the sector isn’t as important. Our Market Experience is testament to this.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Our average assignment times span 5-7 days from target list through to candidate shortlist. We will also happily discuss shorter assignments if required. Our minimum assignment time is 1 day.
